Job description:

Experience in Planning, Installation, Configuration, Administration and Maintenance of IBM MQ series 8.0/9/0 on various platforms like LINUX/AIX.

• Worked extensively on creating and configuring Local Queue mangers and Remote queue Managers and brokers.
• Experienced in Installation and configuration of MQClient/ MQServer in different environments.
• Implementing intercommunication and Clustering.
• Created Queue managers and MQ objects including Queue Managers, Remote queues, Troubleshooting and Managing MQSeries queues, channels, listeners, intercommunications (TCP/IP) and triggering.
• Configured gateway queue managers and enabled load balancing in the MQ cluster environment.
• Expertise in installing and setting up MQ/Process monitoring tools such as Omegamon, mqmon etc:
• Experience in development of shell scripts.
• Enabling Triggering on MQ queues based on the requirement of various interfaces.
• Evaluating the MQ needs for the project, designing a deployment strategy, and delivering an architecture recommendation.
• Should have hands on experience on Web/App servers especially JBOSS.
• Troubleshooting and Managing IBM Websphere MQ queues, channels, listeners, intercommunications (TCP/IP) and triggering.
• Proven ability to work in tighter schedules and proficient in meeting deadlines
• Quick Learning, Good analytical and strong inter-personal skills.
